For me it’s the loss of space in City Hall for the GA and GA+ fans, which has been given over to the 2 hospitality sections.
That’s a large amount of space in both hospitality areas for a limited amount of fans, with no guarantee those booths, tables, and tables will be full for every home match, especially for the lesser matches and the midweek games.

How much space and capacity does that leave for the GA and GA+ fans in the remainder of what’s left of City Hall?
That aside, we still don’t know what the remaining section of City Hall will look like and offer the GA and GA+ fans. We haven’t been told or shown anything yet, certainly not in detail, CGI animation, compared to City Hall hospitality, and the Cross Bar (both very nice), as far as I’m aware. I stand corrected on that.
If NSL2 is open for the Villa game, and City Hall is accessible for the match, what are we going to get? Are we going to find out on the day, rather than being shown in advance?
I’ll be honest. It really is irking me how City have concentrated and put all their efforts into pushing City Hall hospitality and the Cross Bar, whilst not showing us what the GA and GA+ fans will be getting in the remaining space inside City Hall.
