Not confirmation by any means, but I predicted that you wouldn’t be able to tell the City Store was a City store when the square was being used for pre Coop Live events. Could see them pulling a shutter over the signage and maybe closing some blinds.

Trees obviously not an issue if you’re central but seems like wasted space to me and looks like they’ll block off views if you’re in the spaces between them.

As a rule CGI's are pretty accurate. They have to be. Obviously their will be changes and amendments along the way. City Hall being the obvious one we know about.

The windows will be full of City clobber 24/7 The store opening hours are 08:00 to midnight, well at least the reception desk is for the tours
