Am I being daft but where did the name Zadie's come from? It's hardly Betty's Hot Pot or Roy's Cafe. Forgive my ignorance. I can't figure it out.

I’m going for the ground floor of the 2nd claw. Looking through the window across the fan zone towards the 1st claw. The mobile crane situated in the fan zone is facing towards Joe Mercer Way and the Coop Live Arena. I could be wrong? If I’m correct, the rest of the pictures are from inside the 2nd claw. Pictures taken today (not by me), so this is where the build is up to.

Zadies is really effectively Sexy Fish, of at least the same key people behind it. Seems very similar as well in mood and as a model, so for a feel of what it might be and its likely 'vibe', that's a decent reference point.

It’s just the name of a restaurant. It’s not supposed to fit in with City. It’s being run by another party and they’ll be wanting non City fans in when matches aren’t on - which is the vast majority of the time.

I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this as I’m new here but I’m after a bit of guidance/opinion,me and my 12 yr old son have season tickets in the family stand lower tier and I’ve been thinking about relocating when the season ends as he wants to get involved with chants but the atmosphere isn’t great where we sit,so I’d ideally like to move round to the safe standing/singing section or south stand(which I know will be nigh on impossible) but I’ve received an email about registering interest in the new stand which I’m considering but I’m thinking is it worth me moving up into what will essentially be the 3rd tier since they changed the numbers of the tiers (I’m now 036 when I was 136) am I gonna disappoint my son taking him all that way up in the hope of a better atmosphere when we’re 20 rows from the pitch at the minute…apologies for the long post :-)

Just a crying shame that everywhere you look around the outside of the stadium, including the expansion, there's grey everywhere. It's a dreary look, it should be blue.
