Window installed, some fitting still needs to be done



More and more mono block installed


Think the sails are ok, but when viewed straight on, they disappear. It would have been good if they had been like the sails on St Michael's Building and featured LED lighting

Just got off the tram still just the one roof piece to go up now and it’s sat in the yard

They NDA documents will be listed and filed away somewhere amongst all the paperwork, no doubt.

Thankfully Linkedin has revealed some of the demolition and build that comes under the NDA’s since 2023. That long ago.

City have said Medlock Square will open 'later this year'. I don't think there is anything more precise than that.

There seems a lot of work there still to be done.
