Ive had a season ticket since the early 80s, i sit with my dad and brother. My dad sat with his dad before etcI agree with the gist of what you are saying Prophet, except loads of season cards will be passed on to Blues with the blessing of City, when relatives pass away. That’s established practice.
The Sheikh just rang me and said you can have flexi-gold for your daughter and son. Problem solved.Ive had a season ticket since the early 80s, i sit with my dad and brother. My dad sat with his dad before etc
My 12 year old daughter and 9 year old son are desperate for a SC.
My uncle moved to spain 2 years ago and luckily for my daughter and son they get to use his ticket each game, alternate, and he has a seat when he comes home.
Its comforting to know that when my dad and uncle dies my daughter and son can have their ticket.
Or …… the club can release more season tickets, i’ll not only renew my own bit also buy 2 more, one each for my son n daughter. Not only getting a fair chunk of money but securing the future of match going blues. Maybe my kids will take their kids?
Is it so fuckin hard for the club to grasp?
Ill be forever thankful for the sheik for making my dreams come true but unfortunately he has bean counters who couldnt give a flying fuck for ‘legacy fans’ or future young blues
OK, you're complaint is the fact S/T's aren't available.
It's a good point and I agree there should be some available every year.
The current freeze won't be forever, especially when match day tickets don't sell out due to cost.
And not everyone wants to move to the Family Stand if they take up a child's S/T.
But, the Club have geared the Family stand for families and kids so they won't it full of such.
I don't have the answers but this is nothing to do with the Flexi Gold which (the junior) is brilliant if used properly.
If the opportunity arises for anyone to get one then I recommend it is taken and used.

Season cards again ole ole.He should be ringing you and saying regular season tickets are going on sale again to City fans.
He’s the boss. Everyone answers to him, including Khalddon, Soriano, and Tim of the Oak.Season cards again ole ole.
I’ve just put the phone down to HRH
He deserves our respect. Unlike the day I tried to kick Thaskin up the arse. He’s the boss. Everyone answers to him, including Khalddon, Soriano, and Tim of the Oak.
I don't know how many times I have to say this but,I’m not sure the current freeze on normal season tickets will end anytime soon or ever, especially not with the current directors running the club.
I was under the impression the family stand on NSL1 is no longer in it’s original concept. Yes, there are still lots of families who sit there, but it’s no longer as difficult as it used to be to get a match ticket on NSL1 without an accompanying child. I stand corrected on that. The continual empty seats at midweek games saw to the demise and end of the original family stand concept.
If the Flexi-Gold season ticket suits you along with the upfront cost, rules and regulations about purchasing match tickets in advance, fair enough. But given the choice, I’m sure you’d rather have the opportunity to buy a normal season ticket for yourself and your child/children. The club should give you that opportunity.
What the club have created are to different levels of season ticket holders. Me and others who pay nothing more for our season tickets, bar the actual cost of our season tickets, and fans like yourself and other City fans who have to pay an upfront cost just to secure and to have a season ticket. It isn’t fair. It’s a divide and conquer tactic by the club. Do as we say or you won’t get a (Flexi-Gold) season ticket. Whilst on the other side of the divide, I and other City fans are guaranteed a season ticket without any additional purchase cost, rules, and regulations.
All I’m saying is, you and other City fans shouldn’t have to pay an upfront cost of £150 and £75 for an adult and a child season ticket.(regardless of having the opportunity of spreading that cost out over 10 months) Like me and others, you should be able to buy a season ticket without an upfront cost. I’m on your side, and on the side of all City fans who are being forced by the club to buy Flexi-Gold season tickets because the club isn’t offering regular season tickets anymore, on ‘purpose’, to drive season ticket revenue.
The Club have already committed to releasing 3k more flexi-golds
