North Stand expansion - seating, ticketing etc

You'll get the first priority window to move as a group, hopefully you'll find out at the start of next year what your options will be. Is the new tier 1 (as it's now known) acceptable to you and others? There will be space in tier 0 as well although that's going to depend on the size of group we're talking about.

You'd imagine the safe standing would be the cheapest "seats".
There is 12 of us and all open to moving up to the new stand as long as there isn't going to be a major jump in prices in 2 seasons time.

No problem in finding your spot then :) Make sure you don't dilly dally and miss the window though. They'll be able tell you in the new year what the prices for next season will, how much is your current one if you don't mind me asking?

There were a lot of dortmund fans in the home end tonight. I’ve said this before, but my concern is on big European nights, say agains the likes of Liverpool or a galatasry, will the north stand be full of away fans staying in the hotel.

It must have been different in different parts of the ground. I didn’t see one Dortmund fan in our end.

The club needs a hard reset on ticketing and stadium setup; loads of empty seats all around the ground tonight.

The stadium atmosphere was provided by the away fans, which again proves that we need a vocal home end

Then we have this all over social media, this will keep happening if we don't sort out stadium set-up once and for all

Who gives a shit what some no-marks say on social media…. Especially ones that don’t go to any games and sit behind a screen. There were 14k empty seats at Spurs on Tuesday night.

Think it says more about what fans think of the Chumps and late midweek kick-offs than anything else. Too much football will eventually kill the Golden Goose.

There were a lot of empty seats at kick-off, but they slowly filled up as the game went on, so probably traffic related.

Were you even there? If you were you know every single one of these photos are a lie as they were either take before/after the game or at the start or end of play. Every single stadium in the world has empty seats at some point during a match day. The only difference is, sly cnuts like the fake rag goldbridge don't use photos of the empty seats and post on social media. It doesn't help when city fans fall for it and help push the myth by reposting the propaganda.

Were there some empty seats last night? Yes, but very few compared to these photos. I guarantee there are also empty seats at most other games, for most other teams most of the time.

There were more empty seats at Spurs the previous night and I didn’t see anything about it on social media

49,000 there in a stadium that holds 62,000
There probably aren’t so many Spurs fans running round trying to stick their knife into their own club.

I think the lack of atmosphere was a bigger issue than attendance. Credit to South Stand level 0/1 for sticking at it and being heard as the game went on.

My own take is that Blues who post those sorts of photos and claim the moral hight ground need to be at least organising a coach to the games. Turning up as an individual ain’t enough.

It was a big crowd and there were some empty seats. It’s like that at the vast majority of stadia like you said.

Spurs had loads the other night and continually have that problem in their new stadium. That’s in the capital where people have a lot more disposable income and there are tourists who might want to take up the slack of the regular fans not going.

If you don’t qualify in the top 8 of the new extended format of the champions league you are playing 2 extra home games on top of what a team used to do in the old format. If you are finding the extra money for that which game do you end up not going to? The group stage or the knock out in the new year?

Rubbish rag post. There were huge traffic issues last night & lots of fans turned up late. There was a good crowd on bonfire night - when some fans had other commitments with their kids.
The Dortmund fans don’t watch matches - they’re renown for just making a noise. They do it everywhere.

Why do you read that tossers (M Goldbrige) posts anyway.

The transport infrastructure around the Etihad is simply not fit for purpose, and don’t get me started on the public transport options.

If they thinks those were accurate, then don't think they even watched it on TV never mind being there.
