I usually prefer the vocal versions rather than the instrumentals, but this unissued one, played in the 90s, I think, as The Wrecking Crew Theme is worth a listen. The vocal is Bonnie & The Treasures - My Chico, also unreleased, & is VERY Phil Spector.

Listening to it now it has a great rumbling rythmn

When I 1st heard it @ Wigan, l8 74ish i guess, I thought what a load of shite. The original, also shite, had been doctored by Russ (we useta call him dustbin stanley, until the eddie foster c/u!) . Just back from watching The Signatures - Northern Soul Live in Shrewsbury. Excellent band, great night out. Highly recommended if you haven't seen them.
