It's a weird track this one. Some officianados dismiss it but as an 11yr old kid I loved it. Probably went to civic Hall disco and danced to it after seeing that on totp.
Listening to it now it has a great rumbling rythmn

When I 1st heard it @ Wigan, l8 74ish i guess, I thought what a load of shite. The original, also shite, had been doctored by Russ (we useta call him dustbin stanley, until the eddie foster c/u!) . Fvckin huge on dance floor.
It's still shite but the vid is gr8!

Just back from watching The Signatures - Northern Soul Live in Shrewsbury. Excellent band, great night out. Highly recommended if you haven't seen them.
Anyone who plays "Keep on Keeping on" (Nolan Porter) is going to get me on my feet. The Signatures delivered big time!
