Would you lads class this a 'must win game' now considering our dismal form? I feel City need a win just to keep some kind of momentum in the 'still in four competitions' push. Although we wont win all four (its looking likely we could win nothing), its nice just to say we are still competing in everything. Puts a nice golden gild over our dismal hollow core*.

*best thing i have ever said on here haha.
Its pointless until this team can show that they can beat the better teams. We've lost them all: Spurs,Arsenal, Everton, Liverpool, Stoke. Couldn't even beat Utd. Beating Chelsea early on was misleading.

We got beat off Juve twice. We beat Borussia Mbladbach but they collapsed rather than got beat

i agree but we need to start beating these 'smaller' teams away, then build on these wins against the 'bigger' teams.

Norwich are unbeaten in their last 5 at home - haven't lost at home since Oct I think. We are knackered, and will be forced to field Demichelis at centre half - you cant win against half-decent teams fielding him in your team anymore as we are effectively trying to hide him.

Unless we find our shooting boots big time and score 3 or 4 goals, I sadly think we are going out here. We cant keep a clean sheet for toffee.

Id also state quite categorically that I don't buy in to this "last thing we need is a replay" school of thought. A replay is far far better than going out. In 2011 we had to replay in rounds 3 and 4 and that turned out ok.

Not necessarily. I'd play Sagna and Otamendi at CB with Zabaleta at RB though I doubt Pellegrini will. I'd also play Delph and Fernandinho but have the horrible feeling we'll see Fernando.

I think people are being a bit too defeatist here! Admittedly I don't have a great deal of confidence in us away from home at the moment, but Norwich's overwhelming priority is to remain in the Premier League. I doubt they'll go anything like full strength.

I'm sure we'll rotate too, but I'm actually looking forward to seeing some of our squad players get a game. Hopefully they'll be hungry and have a point to prove.

Go for a back three, clichy Otamendi and sagna (I audibly wept when I wrote that) blitz them and hope for the best. If we are up at 75 mins park the bus.

Do we own a bus?

Trying to play possession football and leaving the keystone cops at the back is Russian roulette with 5 in the chamber.

May as well have a go.

There must be a kid somewhere in the Academy who has shown enough promise to be given a go at CH. If it goes tits up then it goes tits up. The thought of Demichellis playing centre half again this season is frightening. I think a cardboard cut out could do as well.
