We should never lose that thought. There used to be a generation of scousers who lived through the 30s, 40s, 50s winning nothing who must have been thrilled by finally winning an fa cup in the 60s before a period of domination. That was replaced by an over entitled crowd of dippers with a warped grasp of history. Make sure your grandson realises how lucky he is and is knowledgeable of our history.

After the Palace defeat There was a part of me glad to see him suffer a little pain. To be fair he handled it well. CTID
