With the way police treat fans these days, I'm surprised there's any fans left to go at all. You get your passport taken off you if you were propa nawty in school i.e got a detention for not handing in your homework.

why would you expect anything else, same as japan they re not sure what would happen to them in court plus its too far for a lot of them, wait until a big tournament in europe you wont be applauding then

There wont be many arrests in the next big tournament which will be Euro 2012 in the Ukraine I think.
I doubt their cops will be having any etiquette lessons on how to deal with any misbehaving.
