I'd agree with this. We should definately sign a central midfielder in January. Even if it's just a short-term loan deal.

There is also the little matter of three huge Champions League games in between these fixtures, where we will be away in the league.

Games where we can't afford to rest our best players.

the only thing I don't like right now that United has a good schedule after demolition derby, it would be great if they had some bigger matches after us.

I still hope Everton could take something from them on Saturday and Arsenal at Bridge too... it would be great to be 7-8 points ahead after next weekend and in front of Liverpool and Chelsea aways

Chelsea were about a billion points in front at this stage last year... and then looked like they'd miss the top four at one point.

It's a long season, one game at a time etc and so forth.

didn t we meet a team in one of the cups lately....and have them i the league....tore apart only to lose points in the league game.

its far from over,as it hasn t even started yet. if the scum unleash their wrath as they call it.... many teams like the gunners would love to throw a spanner in their works as payback. lets just take it game by game... and enjoy ourselves! ;)
