nothing to moan about

I've had over thirty years of constant moaning about the football team that I support, and I'm finding it difficult coming to terms with the prospect of having NOTHING to complain about. I'm not sure how I'm going to cope tbh. I've got nothing negative to say about the starting line up, or the lads who came on. I'm left with only minor whinges about some of the fringe players (Petrov because of his sulking, Benjani and Ben Haim because they are bobbins). If these three are sold, I'm seriously stumped. Are there any organisations for recovering maoning bastards to join so I don't have to go cold turkey?

If you find any such organisations PLEASE let me now.

It's fucking great. No doubt the usual suspects who haven't been posting lately will rear their ugly heads at the first sign of trouble, but I'm enjoying basking in glory. Yesterday was a MASSIVE relief

Yeah we played a poor side without being outstandings and got a result. There's long long way to go yet

Depressing mike strikes again

Great result yesterday.

But come on! It was a far from perfect performance.

Are we all meant to believe perfection has been achieved now cos we won away at Blackburn?

As I said - great result.

Overall , it was a good performance, but - call me whatever you like. ( I say what I see)- it wasn't a great performance and it was sometimes poor.

That said, I hope we can build on that result ( we really do not need a friendly against Barca right now). Next PL game is winnable and back to back victories do build confidence like nothing else.

When did we last win at Blackburn? I'd got sick of going only to be disappointed.

I'm glad I went yesterday - thought both goals were class. And it's an improvement on what we go last year.

I've got nothing to moan about at all - think we might even get a result at Wigan this season.

2 and a half hours to get to the game yesterday from Stretford due to M61 closure, we had to stop to empty the coach bog in the streets of Adlington where they were waiting for their village carnival.

Poor sods!

The owner of my local will be annoyed. Whenever City play at Ewood one of the buses drops them off there on the way, he would've made a small fortune.

Poor sods!

One of our coaches (typically the one I was on) got diverted by the Police into a service area on the outskirts of Blackburn. We got to the ground at 2.40 and still have no idea why we were stopped!!!!!

I enjoyed the game soooo much though.
