I really want to know why O’Reilly isn’t getting minutes in cm. Pep’s pissing me off now to be fair with his refusal to try something new.

He was rewarded for his man of the match performance by being nailed to the bench.

Felt like Forest had really done their homework by looking at the reverse fixture & how Liverpool defended against us. Doubled up on Doku & Savio, centre backs always in the right place to defend the 6 yard box. We didn’t adapt. They defended well & played it like an away fixture.

That was really evident in the ground. Say what you like about the quality of their players, they’re incredibly well-drilled and they do their jobs very well.

We lack speed, both physically and of thought. We were hard to watch today.

The midfield has grown old together. But a coach with as many titles as Pep doesn't win them by coaching the creativity out of his players.

It’s all on Pep apparently.
We won’t mention how many players he’s improved over the years or the titles they’ve won.

Why switch Doku & Savio which weakened us enormously.

This has been said before but I'm not sure it's the main problem. Lack of pressing, poor creativity, horrendous schoolboy defending for months on end now amongst others. Basically we've stopped doing loads of things that made us great.

Didn't think it was the worst performance today. But we really should have taken a point at least. Poor errors from Josko and Eddy for their goal. He has to get over to his winger quicker and being beaten at the near post is criminal. Other than that I thought it was a pretty solid away performance against a tough side given our front 3 were having an off day. Feel Kova or Gundo should have started alongside Marmoush and Foden and Bernardo who were poor again.

Won't make or break our season, we need to dust ourselves off and get ready for the next game. Fixtures start to get a little kinder now.

Mind you he got hold of a young Argentinian no 10 at Barcelona who maybe could have done better if he hadn't been coached by Pep.

We seem to forget that a lot of the players the club signed since Pep arrived very few people had heard of. Yet the majority of them became better or household names because of him.

What I won’t say though is that they’ve given up. They’re struggling physically, not because of effort, it’s just lack of mobility and it shows how much Rodri did for us.

The team is in rebuilding mould. Not many clear cut chances. Forest defended better than us and let's be honest they are having the season of dreams. I still think we can get top 4 it's just next week is vital. We need to win. Our games get easier in the run in so unlike us. I have never known it as bad for injuries in defence. Also having Nunes as a fullback really isn't ideal. Need to stick with a team not sure who but shocked Marmoush didn't get on earlier. I be more interested to see him playing the number 10 role but that's me. Give him and Haaland the remainder of the season together playing together.

The decline looks terminal, the new players have added depth, but not more quality, we still don’t have proper fullbacks, to beat City close the lines, defend with discipline and wait your moment for the inevitable fuck up. 15 defeats in 30 games tells the story. We are clinging to the hope of winning the cup, if we approach Bournemouth away in the same fashion as today, forget it.
