They never had an attack until then.
So what was obvious about it.
They had about 5 chances all with their right wing number 20. Two first half which he shot wide, first block but going wide, 2nd went for a thrown in, and in the 2nd half everything was pumped his way and had at least 3 more attacks with him, yet no left back as out players tired with them replacing 50% of their team.

Forest fans spent all week slagging off Wood, saying being on the pitch doesn't count as playing. Think they were as surprised as anyone to see him pop up at the back stick for the equaliser.

United winning the league is just hysterical click bait whipped up by the media.
The rags are utter shite, but they have the refs, var and the media backing them up. They are miles away from our level but it doesn't take much to change the course of football results.

The Foden bottle job was the worst of the lot. Then they make 5 subs, and any of the attacks they have go down your left. Make no subs, and then put on a left back on 90 mins after they scored. Baffling.
Peps subs/ non subs/ tinkering have been shit this season. Wtf is Phillips doing sat on bench all the time too - new team mascot?! Still majorly wound up from yesterday

Ah well, just watched MOTD.

Fuckinell, Arse had some luck and we had absolutely none.

Villa doing their best to give Arse chances to score and they didn't take them yet Villa remaining in the game and going in front twice, could've been a 3rd time if the shot off the bar hits an unsuspecting goalie on the back of the head and goes in!
The 4th goal is the stuff we all dream of but rarely happens.

Compare to our game and those chances where usually the ball ends up in the back of the net, if not from the first effort but from ricochets, rebounds or whatever. (Think Arse's 3rd and the Laporte header and Haaland chance off the bar).

As for the Haaland Tug, players have been sent off for much less than that as last man, not a pen as probably outside box but not nothing either.

Any other day we win that comfortably, freak results yesterday and we have clawed back the lead over the last 4 games.

All to play for, Arse will think all their Christmas's came at once yesterday after we beat them Mid week, this is far from over though.
That’s all yesterday was, very unlucky for us, very lucky for Woolwich

I’m still mad about yesterday as well. I suspect it will a while until this game is out of our system.

I’m not one to question Pep’s substitutions very often. I usually always defer to him, but I do think he got out coached by Steve Cooper yesterday. He basically brought Ake in after the game was over yesterday. It was like Pep was asleep at the wheel after he engaged the Tesla autopilot. He was way too slow to react.

And it not being the first,or even the second, time this season,is what is very concerning.
