Nottingham Forest (A) | Post Match Thread

I’m still mad about yesterday as well. I suspect it will a while until this game is out of our system.

I’m not one to question Pep’s substitutions very often. I usually always defer to him, but I do think he got out coached by Steve Cooper yesterday. He basically brought Ake in after the game was over yesterday. It was like Pep was asleep at the wheel after he engaged the Tesla autopilot. He was way too slow to react.
Another issue I think is Pep just has yes men around him by looks of it. Whats happens when a brilliant dictator starts to go mad . . .

I a more pissed off with having a shiny new striker and still being as wasteful. Substitutions aren't the problem
Shiny new striker played poorly yesterday after one of this best overall performances against Arsenal. He’s still young we forget that and unfortunately he will have some off days.

Just received this from a Forest ST holder…

Big point for us especially looking at other results. Really enjoyed watching city though absolute quality and noisiest fan's this season by far at forest
Yes our fans were noisy.

While I get your point and agree with it but it would have be really useful if he did score against Forest along with other players were as wastefull as well

The rags are utter shite, but they have the refs, var and the media backing them up. They are miles away from our level but it doesn't take much to change the course of football results.
What's changed the course of football results is them getting the second-best coach in Europe who was widely hailed as Pep's eventual successor. Since Ronaldo left the swamp Ten Hag has done his stuff and their form, hate to say It, has been enough to win the league. They could be favourites next season.

So a coach who defends like fuck, allows the opposition coaches team to have 23 attempts at goal and 83% possession, a team that if it took its chances should have score 3/4 goals minimum outcoached pep

maybe pep didn't react quick enough to the subs but On another day that would/should of been an embarrassment to the forest coach, to say he outcoached pep is a bit silly,
