What a wonderful night
Just seen the last half hour, Newc timewasting was appalling. Several players on the floor for most of the last 10 minutes at least. Apart from that they did absolutely nothing. You could see it coming and they deserved it. Pope was down for 2-3 minutes of the 5, Joelinton for the third time in 5 minutes, at least two or three others were too. .Same thing happened against Bournemouth. With the three goals, countless subs etc there should probably have been at least five minutes added. Timekeeping needs to be independent especially since I have just read the murderers scored in the 8th minute of the five added on.

A thoroughly enjoyable performance. Great striker instincts from Haaland - he makes scoring look so easy and he always takes up the right positions. Alvarez's finishing was top notch with each foot - I knew he'd be a dynamite player for us as soon as we'd signed him. Pity about Mahrez and De Bruyne both missing easy chances late on.
Standouts for me were Bernie and Gundog who both showed high class and intelligence and nice to see Gomez, Palmer and Lewis get on and all make valuable contributions.

We were great. Really fast team play, interchanging, swapping positions. That front three is going to be fucking immense over the next five years or more.
Has to be said Forest looked a Championship outfit. They should have stuck with the lads who got them up and not those chancers who didn’t have a clue what they were doing.
But still we were mint.
