The only one of that list that deserved to be taken off was Foden who lost Anderson for his goal and was generally useless

I was actually a referee in my younger days.
Haaland knocks it past the keeper and gets taken out. Textbook penalty. If donnaruma had done that I’d be annoyed at donnaruma for giving a penalty away. And then Rodri gets smashed after he has his shot (whilst the ball is still in play) anywhere else on the pitch and it’s a foul 100%.
 
Mediocre one half performance finally matched by a deserved result. What else is there to say, this is just not a title winning team, short of creativity, short of industry, short of ability to control games - the number of meaningles passes in the MF that hikes up our possession numbers has been laid bare all season. I am not so hopeful as some others here, that it is going somehow to gel next season.
 
Pep. Why the fuck did you start Foden? Ok,you started Foden, it clearly wasn't working, so why the fuck didn't you take him off at half time? The guys confidence is zero yet Pep keeps with him. Erling can take a look at himself too, again looking laboured and not in synch with the team. Ref again was a fuckin disgrace! 99.99% of play yet they let a poor team score 2 out of nothing. What the fuckbis being said at half time? Absolutely gutted!
 
Twists & turns left yet, unbeaten run continues arsenal playing like they've got a few slip ups in them yet. Understand the disappointment with tonight's result...I'm fuckin fuming about it but this isn't over yet.
 
I don’t think we’ll ever see peak Foden. Another footballer who pissed his footie career away. Having said that he has won a few trophies for us, but still, he peaked a long time ago.

He scored a goal and moved the ball around well to keep us chasing shadows.
 
It’s the hope that kills us- Foden & nunes shocking - if money came in for Phil in the summer I’d hope we’d cash in he isn’t the same player that treble winning season.

Forest wanted it more - we lacked hunger and effort, big month of fixtures coming up now..

I hate being negative but after tonight
I’d be amazed if we won the league. Focus on the fa cup/Arsenal final & CL now

Us Blues need to understand that we have to be ‘incredible’ to win this league, and that means overcoming the way the officials arbitrate the game. If we won it this season, it would be the most ‘incredible’ win, understanding the huge change to the team.

Just look how Arsenal are allowed to throw the opposition around and how the PL have looked at it and said ‘That’s OK’.

For me, this season was set-up for a Liverpool v Arsenal tussle. Liverpool dropped it so they then turned to the Rags to give it some spice for the Red tops.
 
Even worse......all the posts will be flooding in about Gibbs-Shite & Anderson.......on tonights showing Anderson would add nothing we haven't got, O'Reilly offers at least the same in m/f.
......need a goal, so take off the one player who could produce something out of nothing, Cherki....and put on Savinho, who actually manages to produce fuck all out of anything....words fail me why he's still even here.
