Seems as though Pep has purposely gone this way. Beat the man with the ball and you create the spare man.Ball carrying galore. The likes of Doku, Alvarez, Phil, Nunes and Gvardiol excelling at this. This iteration of city is gonna be quite fun.

I disagree.Plus let's be honest Gomez isn't very good!
Gomez could have had 5 assists in 50 minutes against Belgrade.Plus let's be honest Gomez isn't very good!
But not at the expense of Doku in Premier League, Cup yesI don’t agree, he’s much better when playing further upfield, not as a fullback.
There is no doubt, IMO. As teams have grown accustomed to our domination of the ball and our relentless passing game, they began to learn that a deep block, populating the passing lanes with bodies, could frustrate for long periods. Once again, Pep shows why he is a truly great manager, by beginning to incorporate more players who can move at pace with the ball. This negates the ease of blocking the passing lanes as the way to beat us - we now can pass, or beat the man.Seems as though Pep has purposely gone this way. Beat the man with the ball and you create the spare man.
Behave, give the boy a chance. He was very good on Tuesday, he’s clearly a winger or a wing back and not a full back.Plus let's be honest Gomez isn't very good!
Agree. Especially with more teams deploying tighter man-marking systems passing itself won’t be enough so why not just beat entire presses yourself by dribbling your way out??Seems as though Pep has purposely gone this way. Beat the man with the ball and you create the spare man.
I can neither deny nor confirm that Ric ;)You watching on IPTV?
