Next 3 games, Would three draws be better than two defeats and a win over the mard arses?
This is all about one game at a time for me. The next game is the most important and we need to win it. Mind you, somewhat amazingly, we might find ourselves behind the rags if they beat us in a couple of weeks. Horrific thought that.

So many mard arse old main stand moaners from Maine Road still around.

Pep and the players have achieved things never done before over multiple seasons. Players have played twice a week plus internationals for years and endured a longer season with less rest - no wonder we have injuries and fatigue.

Look how the Arse collapsed with some of the same demands as City? The likes of Forest and Brighton have taken advantage with their fresh energy. It will catch up on them too.

Pep will sort it and with a bit of luck a City win.
If no rest and fatigue is the issue then the current malaise will continue, no let up with fixtures any time soon.

I am going to stay up a bit and watch it , feel like sending them a virtual hug , i think they are low in confidence so i thino they will be a bit nervy . Please can the blues cheer them on and help them ae much as possible

Genuinely can't understand why Rico is getting so much grief on this forum. It's puzzling, and it's dismaying. He's one of the best players to come out of the academy. He's technically accomplished, he's a fine reader of the game. His weakness — and I will not deny it — is that he gets physically bullied, and I think he always will be. If he's played in the right position, I think that will be attenuated. I'd just as soon see him in the team as anyone. Nobody's playing particularly well.
I think he's played too much football.

He's been played in different positions for us and England and always seems to be playing. He looks, not only tired, but also out of form.

The same thing has happened to Gvardiol.

Not sure they'll get much of one, but they both need a good break imo.

Yep. And we have to rely on Pep, his team and players to sort it. Bobb was seen as a top Alvarez replacement.

We entered the season with a strong lineup. The loss of Rodri and pre-seasom standout player Bobb, Foden burn out, Walkers domestic issues amongst other things has put an unforseeable strain on an already small squad. We have lost the ballon d'or winner, KdB as a challenger and Phil as the English player of the year plus the whole defence at times.

Pep and the City management will already have plans in place for this and next season. Meanwhile we must make do and accept it.

I'm going to ignore my own pessimistic thoughts
for what will happen for the rest of the season and say we'll crack on from here. To what extent I haven't got a clue.
