i do have to say its great seeing the salty tears of the big Notts Forest hahah
Very good article. I just watch a match and don’t possess a lot of tactical nous so I find this sort of article really useful. Also it didn’t mention the cost of our bench or empty seatsHopefully this link gets round the firewall, otherwise one of you clever chaps will need to do that thing where you provide an alternative link. Good article, shows how and why we've been playing like we are since Haaland's injury

I believe there has been an illness/injury issue?Definitely looks like a case of burn-out with our Phil. No longer looks like he’s enjoying playing and nothing he tries is coming off for him. It reminds me of when he’s under pressure to perform for England - he tries too hard and then nothing works. The talent is there in spades, but his head hasn’t been right all season. Hopefully the club can help him back to peak form. It’s been a season to forget for Phil.
His thoughts on the empty seats are wild. There is a man without kids, who doesn't drink complaining about others not attending. Bad that.weirdly he filmed this last night, and then his mate he does we are the south stand was similar with it.
of course tehre will be fan who CBA going sunday who will now want to go.

Sorry, clearly doesn't take his kids to games then. I see him everywhere and on his own. He doesn't have the expense as many others, or the convenience of work flexibility. He's a top guy, just got that one horribly wrong.he's got kids. Nice bloke and down to earth. Friends with a lot of people I know including sponsoring them for various things.
But the video was a strange one
Don't want to revive a now-dead debate but… this isn't a handball??
Or anywhere else on the pitch if you choose to play with a slow midfield. My only complaint from Sunday was that we kept making unforced errors which has been the story of the season. Fortunately they weren't punished on this occasion. We had two brain farts against Forest and got away with it. We had two in the Etihad Derby and gave the rags an undeserved win. Moral of the tale don't fart about at the back.
Certainly an improvement on Valeri Bojinov injuring himself in the warm-up at Villa Park many years ago.Just thought I'd mention the Phil and Gundo pre-match warm up - I was three rows from the front so had a great view. They were volleying the ball 25/30 yards to each other - taking it on the chest or left foot/right foot, juggling. They must have volleyed the ball to each other seven or eight teams without the ball touching the floor. Phil received the ball on the volley, flicked it onto the back of his neck, rolled it onto his right shoulder then down his left shoulder then casually sends the ball back to Gundo. The routine only finished due to a change of drill. I'm 64 - seen a lot of our football to say the least but Phil and Gundo's incredible skill in the warm up blew my mind.
