very very tough game, the passion of the forest fans after the minutes silence really drove forest on ,we slowly wrestled the control in the second half and were deserved winners, phil couldnt get into the game first half but beavered away and played really well in the 2nd half, that jesus was a handful all game and it didnt help that the ref was a bit of a homer, really like cherki and phil pulling the strings and bernie is always cleverly in space for a pass, he has been immense this season in a quiet way, joe hart was decent on commentary,and the other comms was waxing lyrical about reindeers.

all in all a very tough well deserved and valuable 3 points

One thing that did piss me off a lot and it’s not the first time is Gvadiols distribution of the ball. He gives the ball away over and over again in some of the most basic positions. If he could sort that out he’d be so so good.

Must have watched a different game. Thought he put a good few inch perfect passes through the middle. Always a risk but that’s the new tactic. And produced our first goal.

And in passing Savinho was actually ok including a brilliant pass into Erling.

The lack of width was an issue in the 1st half. Dyche boxed off the middle of the park. Nico O'Reilly and Nunes weren't really compensating for Foden and Cherki who played quite narrow. Doku and Savinho are needed for situations like that. Semenyo also if he signs.

Nico González really is looking tired at times in most games. He was dead on his feet trying to run back during a Forest counter attack. Rodri will hopefully ease that burden soon.

Foden was poor for most of the game, for me. He improved during the final 20 mins or so. Very unlucky not to score that time he manipulated the ball in a tight space after Cherki found him.

Funny, he's moaning about the goal from the corner and his player was fouled, but when Forest had corners their players were pushing, pulling, blocking, and dragging down the City players

Watching that performance from Rob Jones, all genuine football supporters should be asking exactly what is Howard Webb's role at PiGMOL supposed to be ?

Week after week we see incompetence ( or corruption / bias ) from the officials ) and yet no action as a result of their piss poor performances is ever taken against them.

You could almost think that Webb couldn't give a flying fuck, so long so long as the rags, dippers, arse or other favoured clubs aren't affected ..................
