Henman hit a ball girl at the end of the point. He hit the ball in anger to the other side of the court but at the same time as the ball girl was running across the court. As for Djokovic, in hitting the ball not looking he is risking hitting a line judge. Yes she may of gone down easily but sometimes being hit the the throat when not expecting it does that.

He was pissed off so wacked the ball unintentionally hitting the said woman, she went down after being hit in the throat which to be honest is probably not a good feeling in shock more than pain. The analogy is that it wasn't murder because it was not intentional but manslaughter because well he did it, because of the rules in the game he was rightly disqualified. Doesn't make him a bad person although he comes across as one.
