Apparently the Wolfe tones may support Oasis on the Irish tour....if so,it ll be amazing.

Their gigs in the last few years have been amazing....I ve seen two that stole the show 2 years running at a festival with huge bands.

I remember walking out of their gigs in the 90s....they have the wow factor these days.Shame they ve retired as such.

Hardly any backline...

50 thousand tickets went on resale sites at inflated prices imagine paying all that money and your ticket gets cancelled.
That’s like being done twice I can’t see how they will know who bought the ticket

I was in Mcr last week and had the misfortune of staying in the Strangeways Travelodge on the 6th floor. They'd "themed" each floor with local musical acts and the 6th floor was The Verve (from Wigan) ffs. Various other floors were Simply Red, Stone Roses, Oasis, Take That, Joy Div/NO and perhaps The Hollies. What a laugh. Think they missed The Fall, ACR and Stockholm Monsters.

It’s nearly Xmas and out of the blue I was asked which was my favourite Liam Gallagher record “it’s all of them” I said couldn’t think which was my favourite. It’s easier to ask the one I don’t like.?
