I'm not sure tbf. Only that I was told from someone who works in prisons alongside OCG prevention teams that Liverpool is the only city that hasn't. How true that is I don't know.

Was in Liverpool a few weeks ago and my mates were all adamant that the Liverpool drug trade was still run by scousers. The Albanians tried apparently, failed and fucked off.

I think you're generalising too much. People in Liverpool are like anywhere else, there's good one's and shit one's. Go anywhere in the world and it's like that. I have a few Scouse mates and they're ok, in fact they'd help you anytime if you needed it..
I worked for Littlewoods years ago at the JM Centre, I thought everyone there was fine.

I don't get this hate of Liverpool people, maybe it comes from the bad element of Liverpool football fans (the bus wreckers). Not all scousers support Liverpool, or even football.

Now Yorkshire people, that's different, they're a right bunch of cunts :) Think Yorkshire is the garden of Eden..

I've got some decent mates I met from there on the ships too. Also.one of my grandmother's came from Scottie road. As you say good and bad in everyone but I stick by my description of a lot of Liverpudlians I've encountered over the years.

Interesting read. Thanks for the in depth reply. Yeah, similar reason [ but not on the same scale as Scousers] the Asians in the Northern Mill towns went from victims and a minority to having serious gangs. All sticking together.

The Muslim gangs run the UK prisons these days I believe.
