The Muslim gangs run the UK prisons these days I believe.

Albania is a predominantly Muslim country.

I’ve been there and we were ripped off pretty much everywhere we went. I must have tried ten different bars over the nights out and not one would sell us the cheaper, local beers insisting they weren’t on. Another group of blokes were sharing wine and their bottle went up again and again. Challenge the bar staff and they got extremely aggressive.

Scousers are a different breed to almost everyone else in the country. I’ve been all over for football, work and life. They do them worse than anywhere.

Growing up as an adult through the 80s liverpool was a city where the blacks and other minorities knew their areas and stayed in them, predominantly Toxteth. It's a multicultural city to an element but the organised gangs are usually predominantly white.
Totally agree with the statement that scousers stick together be that outside or inside prisons. Lots like myself moved away in the mid 80s and made whatever lives we could. Away from the football tribalry I've always thought scousers and mancunians have similar outlooks and personalities.
Even now in the media you get the usual stereotypes and many live up to that.

You're right in us being similar in certain aspects. Both tough industrial working class Cities and proud people. They'll often stick together abroad and anywhere North of Watford lol.

Being a port city they are generally opportunists and will do whatever it takes to earn a living - drugs and criminality is an easy choice for some. I'd guess re the prisons that they like to move them outside the local areas more. I visited a mate in Reading prison a few years back and in the 80s he would probably have been in Risley, Walton or Strangeways
I'd say if you spoke to an officer in say Belmarsh the prisoners who give them most grief definitely wouldn't be Scousers.

This has been my understanding also. I once dated a stripper who worked in the Manchester clubs, all sorts of gangs involved in that scene, and she said the Albanians where the ones who no one fucked with.

There’s a saying amongst regular prison inhabitants that you can get put in any jail in the world and you’ll bump into a Manc and a Scouser.

People who’s dealings with scousers is limited to football rivalry might be surprised to hear that traditionally scousers and Mancs get on well together on the whole in jail. Football really isn’t that big a deal in jail.

This thing about Muslims running UK jails, I suspect is bullshit put out by the usual shit stirrers in the media and on socials. Yes, they normally stick together and maybe in somewhere like Belmarsh, where they stick all the terrorist suspects, it may be different, but in regular jails, not so much.

Virtually all trouble in jail is over drug debt. And nobody is too fussy what religion you are or where you come from, when it comes to dealing with that.
