Bit too inconsistent for me, but he clearly has quality, just needs to show more of it more often.

Yes - class player.
On the proviso he realises he's part of the squad and not necessarily guaranteed to start every game as none of the players should be. That said I do think he should have started more games last season and his best form came when he got a consistent run in the team.
In reality it's clear Hughes doesn't like him and I think he will end up leaving this summer. We will struggle to get a replacement with his ability at this point in the club's development IMO.
