Official Champions League Thread

strangely, I think we are better set up to deal with Champions league football than the domestic league. the pace is a lot slower with more emphasis on "technical skills".

We need fear no-one. United are in the final every year and, now we have gelled, we are better than them.

I was getting stick of the mates in Hounslow last saturday for bringing the inflight magazine off the plan, until that is i showed them the map of where the airline flies to from airports easy to reach from home, I now have the summer to study that map and other airlines maps to ensure tht I can avail of any cheap tickets for our away days next season.

Result.

Dont want to draw lesser teams...You know that we wouldnt sell out and that frankly would be a complete embarrassment.

I would take Barca or Madrid. What a night that would be.

I'll definitely go to the first home game, whoever it is, even if I have to pay coroporate. There can never be another first CL game.

If I can afford it I'll go to all the home games.

CL or Premier League champions?

First season in CL maybe something of an education. Happy if we get to knock out stages. Think we've a real chance of winning league.

There will be 32 teams in the group stages and we will be better than about 20 of them.
