Dont really understand how we could fit Eto'o, Tevez, Roque, Robinho and SWP all in the same team?

We couldnt...SWP and RSC would have to bench it.

So basically we're trying to make 2 teams that are capable. With De Jong, Ireland, Barry, Kompany and Elano all having the same problem.

Re: Samuel Eto'o [merged]

Why do people find it so hard to understand that you need a squad to compete.... All those players will not be in the amse starting 11... but they will be in the same squad... So when we get an injury or need to try something different when plan A is not working...we have options..

Options meaning an £18million player sitting on the bench only being called up if needed?

You obviously aren't a regular on here coz the same story was reported several pages ago. Incidentally, if the salary of 320K per week is true, we will become a laughing stock. He should get no more than Robinho, especially if we are paying his wages while he plays in the African Nations Cup for 4-6 weeks. Like the man said, let's sign him in the January window for very much less and get Barca to pay for his African adventure.

Its not about how much they cost its the variety of options... RSC gives us loads of options that we didn't have next year..... Not one of these players will be able to slack off, because they know quality is waiting on the bench..... Its a big plus.... Bench gets better, first 11 plays better, and we dont worry so much about injuries....

Post any negatives please..
