1. He is pissed with Barca
2. Eto'o happy with City
3. They want the best deal with Eto'o
4. Won't leave until situation with Barca resolved?

It sounds like Samuel has agreed to join City but won’t move until Barca honour their end of the contract – i.e. a golden handshake for loyalty

The way I read it is that he doesn't want to come to us, or have I got that wrong?
