There is no way this will not happen now as far as i'm concerned. Our buys for the summer transfer window 2009 will be:-

Barry
RSC
Lescott
Tevez
Eto'o
+ any other that comes off (possibly Terry)

Sweet lord, i'm off for a lie down ....

If they both do miraculously end up wrong then all ITKs are dead to me.

Re: Samuel Eto'o [merged]

Barcelona contemplating Plan B (forlan) because apparently Valencia have been taken over and do not need to sell. Will be officially announced next week (takeover). Sport.es are saying that Villa was given word that he could negotiate with another club if he stayed last season - which he has, but this takeover might make things difficult. Forlan has a buy out clause of 36m euros so it's a set figure but i imagine Barca will come in much lower than that and may not want to match it. Hope this doesn anything to our chances of Eto'o. Full article...(at least i think thats what it is saying).

The Valencia, surrounded in one convulsa economic and institutional crisis, lived yesterday a new blow on theater that forced the Barça to activate `B' plan for the case that in the end the signing of David is complicated in excess Villa: it was put in contact with mánager of the forward of Athletic of Madrid the Diego Forlán to communicate to him that one becomes to seriously contemplate the possibility of his signing. Behind schedule the news that jumped yesterday From Soria Vicente will return Monday to the presidency of the Valencia, position that left a month ago and in that it was replaced by Manuel Llorente. From Soria one becomes the visible head of an investing group that has taken control of the control of a shareholder package of 51%. According to Nou', advanced to the Valencian transmitter `Ràdio yesterday the investing group has acquired the titles of own from Soria one (10%), of the previous president and top shareholder Juan To be accustomed to (37%) and of Vicente Chair and other small shareholders (4%) to secure a majority that will allow them to control the future of the organization. According to the first information, the intention of From Soria is to reactivate works of the new stage and the sport city of Porxinos, as well as the one to restrain the exit of the figures of the Valencia and to even reinforce the group, although it will be tomorrow Monday when the future plans announce officially. How it can affect from Soria return of to the negotiations for the crossing of David Villa? The immediate reading is that the intention of the new leader with respect to the Asturian one is to avoid the weakening of the Valencia. Nevertheless, it has to consider another very important detail: From Soria it the past promised summer to Villa who played one more season in Mestalla and later he would negotiate his crossing to another club. With his fast return to the presidency of the club, From Soria one will be forced to fulfill his word because the first that will remember to him David Villa and Jose Luis Tamargo is its commitment to negotiate its exit. On the other hand, the desire of the international forward to get dressed blaugrana remains invariable and, in it completes instance, From Soria is not bound to the phrase of Manuel Llorente that demanded “a scandalously scandalous” supply. The Barça has been cured in health and although it is going to maintain like first alternative the signing of David Villa, returns to contemplate the option to clock on and off to Forlán, pichichi and Gold Boot of the last campaign and a player who the blaugrana organization follows for a long time. Its clause of rescission is of 36 million Euros and has contract until the 2011.

That's it mate. Happyblue is 100% ITK. No doubt at all.

And for him to confirm what SM has been saying on here, who also has a 100% record himself, it's just about as water tight as it gets.

But as you say, if they don't happen, I will swear never to believe in the sacred ITK ever again...
