i am worried about this match

think it could be a draw :(

aalborg seem to be a tough side and one of the best left in the championship

i think if we get aalborg out the way we may win !

whilst i agree it will be a tough game aalborg are nothing compared to who we may have to meet on the way to the final.
csk, zenit and werder all really worry me.
still, one game at a time i say.

I never like to predict the scores or outcomes of city games but I think the following permutations are possible in tomorrows game

• Aalborg come looking for an away goal which will open the game up and benefit City to attack on the break.
• Aalborg put 10 men behind the ball, frustrate City, go in at half time 0-0, causing a nervous 2nd half.

Either way I wouldn’t be comfortable going into the away leg with anything other than a 2 goal advantage. Just hope they can do it tonight and the crowd get behind City if things aren’t going to plan. Hughes was pleased with the crowd reaction against Villa when they came out and applied some pressure in the 2nd half. The crowd don’t need to make this occasion any more tense for the players than it already will be

I know they were in the CL league and got knocked out, and scored 2 at Old Trafford and what-not, but they are currently 5th in the Danish Superliga, 11 points from qualifying for next years UEFA Cup (3rd place) and are 16 points behind first place Copenhagen, who, we recently just dispatched. Not that we can take anyone lightly, but I think we've seen the best Denmark has to offer. It would be embarrassing if we don't go through.

Midtjylland are currently in 4th, 6 points ahead of AaB.

They had a very bad start. Dont understimate them. AaB is the best danish team that we are coming across. But we still should be able to win the game. But dont let the league placement make you think that they are poor.

No, its just i still support City when things dont go to plan, too many City fans get on the team and managers back when things arent going our way, it may be a night where we have to be patient.

Without having seen how we match up with them on the field I think giving any kind of score is really hard, my guess over the 2 legs it will come down to away goals.

Any side that can draw at the Swamp , or win both legs against Coruna is gonna make life very difficult for us ....... and when do we ever make life easy for ourselves ????
