I reported it in this thread like 20 minutes ago mate, the beeb suck. :)

Aalborg equalized immediately, huge advantage for them now.

got a 7 game accumulator on the go. 3 have finished and gone my way. 2 are in progress and going my way. that just leaves valencia and... city.

You do realise that City aren't going to win now?

Because of you.

Im watching this match tonight on ITV 4 Manchester City vs Fc Copenhagen and im not impressed to be honest. All the Manchester City fans seem to be pleased with recent performances but I am watching this game tonight and we have 2 defenders in the centre midfield so what does that bring to the squad? We have good tacklers right where is the goalscorers? Vincent Kompany and Pablo Zabaleta are decent but we need somebody who can tackle and also score in the centre midfield and Steven Ireland/Michael Johnson give that but it seems we have come out tonight just protecting the defence. We have Craig Bellamy and Steven Ireland keep going into offside positions while Shaun Wright Phillips is trying very hard but still isnt one of them long range goalscorers something which he did greatly a few years ago. I know I will probably get a beating for this from you guys on the forum but I am definitely disappointed with the no goal scoring regime and doing well in defence especially at home.

Nedum Onouha and Richard Dunne have done well in defence while Kompany and Zabaleta have not brought much attacking and Robinho should be moved more into the centre and throw somebody else on the Left Wing and play 4-4-2.

Arsenal have there Cesc Fabregas! Chelsea have there Frank Lampard and Ballacks! Manchester United have there Paul Scholes and Michael Carrick! Aston Villa have there Gareth Barry while even Tottenham have Jermaine Jenas who isnt great but still decent and can score goals.

we have a front 3 that are not asked to defend, although to be fair SWP does and Ireland who is often in very forward positions when we lose possesion.
We dont need to score tonight we have to stop them from scoring, the longer that happens the more space our fron 3/4 will get. To go out tonight with 5 or 6 attacking minded players would have been absolute madness. United Liverpool or Chelsea would not have done it why the hell should we?

I never expected Mark Hughes to choose 6 attacking players including Elano/Danny Sturridge into the squad but in the centre midfield we need goalscorers and we dont really have one who can defend and attack and do really well doing it we have Vincent Kompany and Pablo Zabaleta whos best positions are RB and CB not Centre midfield what are there aims? Cover the defence we are at home and shouldnt need to do much against Fc Copenhagen.

With your qoute about Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea I actually think they would attack teams like this I dont think they would settle for a 0-0 against weak opposition.

Alot of the good teams always have 1 defensive minded midfielder and 1 attacking CM. Right we have Steven Ireland AM we have Shaun Wright Phillips RW we have Robinho LW Craig Bellamy lone striker but still you would expect more from the 2 CM and I just dont think Pablo and Kompany are the guys for that position.
