Too much Manager bashing on here.

The players want a good long look in the mirror today.
Every one of them to a man I would put far in front of their Fulham counterparts in terms of skill and ability.

They did'ny break sweat.

But when the WHOLE team looks like that we have to look to management to sort it out, mate. It wasn't just one or two players that looked shite today it was the whole team. They weren't motivated, they didn't look like they wanted to represent our club... The manager needs to do something about it.

Thats the point.

Tha manager should'nt need to instill desire.

I want the playes at my club to hurt when things are not going well and find the drive to do something about it.

There was no fight in them.

At least Mancini had a go at his direct opposition.

Talk about tinted specs and bee in bonnet. Chill out, City have been like this most of the season. Zero width, zero pace & eccentric manager making team selections and substitutions that only Mad Nut McCrazy of Cuckoo Nest Lane would come up with.

I can't stand reading comments like this. What do you think Mancini did at half-time then? He was grilling them while they were on the field. I remember teh commentator, (who really was a **** of the highest order), say that Mancini had just given Kolarov an earful.

That is about all the manager can really do. If the players have no desire to play, or are too tired, or whatever then there is nothing that he can do except to try and motivate them, which I am 110% sure he did.

I think that one of the big problems is Tevez as captain. I noticed the difference that was made when Vieira came on. It's not like his touches and passes changed much. But his presence did. He probably went out on the field and said what needed to be said. He did all the things that Tevez should have been doing, but more or less can't because the fucker, (no I don't hate him), can barely speak a word of English. Personally I think the team on the field views Kompany as the captain. Kompany and De Jong. When both of those two are missing then the teams heart is missing. It's a very strong team that can easily pick apart any team out there. But without the heart pumping the adrenaline about then nothing works right.

We are in desperate need of more creativity in the midfield. Silva really is our one guy that can do that. Between him and the other two I mentoned then we are a pretty average team IMO. Zabs is just like Kompany and De Jong only he doesn't seem to have the same swagger as those two. He seems like Tevez to me in that he works his tail off leaves his heart out on the pitch.. but just doesn't quite have that leadership quality about him. Maybe I'm wrong on that one.

So to sum this up.. Mancini is doing all that he can do. You can bet your last buck that he blasted the team at half time and probably even more so after full time. And with the players that are out injured we are missing the heart and soul of our team.

It's a knock against our ambitions for this season, but I know that we'll recover. I bet that Aston Villa are shitting there pants right now.

You assume what Mancini said and did and half time I replied to your daft comments mate which make you a prick fact so unless you were in the changing room at half time how do you know what was said or done (home work!!). He was the same manager who sent them out v fulham away when we played the best football for 45 mins I've seen city play in 40 years of watching them.

All the moaners like you have been going on about playing more attacking football yesterday we had 3 forwards this is what happens we need to let the guy get on and managed and our job is to support the team and at the end of the season if we dont finish in the top 4 I'll join the slaggers then but not before or while we are still 3rd and in 2 x cups This is City what do you except

What can't you stand about my comment, mate? I've already said a few times that I'm definitely NOT 'Mancini Out' - I just thought that in this particular game there was no motivation or desire... and 'tiredness' is a bit of a shitty excuse. So I was right Falz you did assume what Mancini did and said and then slag the guy which makes you a prick because this is a supporters site and if you just want to assume things to slag of the manager that makes you a big prick

For what it worth Mancini has cleared out the dressng room of a lot of unmotivated players who thought they were bigger than the club Adi and Robino in particular and is getting together a decent side. We drew one game it happens look at the results and every week it happens a team losses or draws a game they (on paper) should win its called football. You can’t then assume Mancini did nothing or said nothing at half time and slag him off on that basis.

We look better when we play 1 up front but the so called supporters moan so we play 3 look what happens moaning gets us no where suporting the team everywhere. Try it !!
