I think it's important he doesn't manage like he's only gonna be here three years though.

4 years for Barca of course, but he did it like it was the only job he'd ever take, and IMO the foundations he laid there to effect the club top to bottom existed because he didn't have a set departure date.

Bayern were constantly looking over their shoulder to the point when he would leave and becaus of that his effect was limited Away from the first XI

I've read somewhere he regrets the 4th year though & thinks he should have gone at 3.
 
Excellent appointment, one of or even the best managers in the world. It surely will take City to another level. Mancini took City to another level once Hughes got the boot, but even though I think at times Pellegrini has played some attractive football I'm not convinced they went up another level, Pep will do that I'm sure of it.

Check the Champions league record. It should clear things up.
 
Key word for Pep is position.
Henry decided to move over towards the other wing, got involved in play and scored. They went in at half time one up. Pep subbed Henry at half time for not keeping his position,
