Good result, great performance. De Jong = immense.

Richards was much better apart from his mistake for the goal, just unfortunate that its a mistake (thats happened a few times this season) thats cost us three points.

However, gives us a good confidence boost, and good to see a much better performance from all involved.
 
It will be put in the media that we clung on today. At 1.0 up we were dominant. The game was being payed in their half. Lucky break for their goal. Very lucky.
 
Bit gutted they equalised, but overall, we played well. Especially Micah.
Now let's keep up that level of performance for the rest of the season.

Fantastic performance...this is what we are capable of...this is where it has been heading...I am well impressed with the attitude and performance second half...should have got all 3 points...only one team looked likely...Torres fuckin mishit his shot for Kuyt to score...jammy ...onwards and upwards blues.
 
Would have snapped your hand off for 1-1 at half time but a bit disapointed we didn't take all three points. A miss kick by Torres rescued them. A good City performance.
 
I'd have taken a point before the game, but like on Thursday, I feel like we could have come away with the win.
 
Shame Ireland was wearing last seasons shooting boots, but, his performance made up for that, he was better than anything they had by a country mile.
 
great second half everyone played well , also has to be said well done MH whatever he said at half time worked

Looked good in the second half. Thought De Jong put in his best showing for us today and Micah was much improved. I thought Kompany also did well when asked to push up into a more attacking role. Am happy with the point but we weren't too far away from taking all three.
 
Played well today it would be great to watch them play like that every week De Jong is really starting to get his form now
 
I'm a bit disappointed not to have won to be honest. Nice to see all of Hughes' signings have blinders. Given (again) de Jong was awesome, Vinny and Bellamy all had great games. I'm all for consistency now and lets get behind Hughes and this team. A new centre half in the summer and a couple of big names and we're going to be looking good.
