I hope this is Hughes last 45min for Man City

Hehe, sacked in halftime, that would be something. :) This really SHOULD be Hughes last 45 minutes for City. Get a new replacement now and there's time to get at least a little bit settled before Friday.

Also, Shaun-Wright "learning to play right back" Phillips switched and played in Zab's position at least once for a little while, he wasn't kidding? :)

I mean I WILL give him 2nd half, and even with Hughes this is a fixture we should win, but he needs to go regardless of the result. Really hope this is his last match, I've had it.

Final ball has been piss poor. Corners as usual hopeless. Awful by Vas and Benji. Blame lies with one man and he has to take responsibility eventually.

i can predict hughes full time talk now:

"good solid performance and were unlucky not to score and WBA deserve credit"

oh and his old classic

"happy with a point"

to be honest, if you look at our first corner as an example.....swp was stood at the corner flag waiting for the ball for ages....none of our players were in any great urgency to get the ball to him for a quick corner

that set the tempo for our game ;(

Passing and movement is better than it has been but we still look a bit shaky when they counter. Same as was said before, we need some luck in finding a decent striker.
