Official Match Thread | Fulham vs City 21st March

Fulham's weakness is down the flanks. Baird is average and I don't rate Konchesky defensively. Need to play with alot of width and get behind their full backs. So Bellamy and AJ for me, and I'd have Tevez and RSC up top. RSC's luck in front of goal will turn, and he provides an out ball for the defence if needed. If it's not happening, bring on Ade, Stevie and SWP.

The Fulham - Juve result last week was good for us. At 1-3 Fulham will believe they can get back into it, and they'll be going for it and hopefully run themselves into the ground. Just have to hope Juve don't get an early goal. If Fulham get through against Juve, the game against City on Sunday will feel like an anti-climax for them and they may just go through the motions. If they go out, they'll have the disappointment and hangover to contend with. Either way, good for us.

Oh, and we need to make sure that Dempsey doesn't get his head to the ball anywhere inside 16 yards from Given's goal.
