It would have been nice to have seen MJ on in the second half but it would have been a gamble cos the game got very scrappy (Herd, that dirty little fucker) and we know what happened to MJ last time he came on after a long injury - he got injured again. Why? Its pretty obvious he doesnt have a future here. Hes put him on the bench for nothing. If he had any interest in keeping him then he would have been on the pitch especially as its 3-0 and the game is over

1. Reserve games are a little bit different to first team games.
2. Mancini had to make the bench up, considering we have a lot of injuries.
3. The game was very scrappy in the second half and MJ probably would have had his leg snapped by Herd.
