I used to want City to win to shut up the pundits in the media & opposition fans. More & more I find myself wanting City to win to shut up some of our own fans.

all that matters is that city carry on where we left off. we bounced back from the FA cup exit, and now the trick is to prove to ourselves that the away form monkey is off our back for good.
and they aren't looking too bad (Sunderland) so far are they?
another thing I find funny is that when we were in for Malbranque he didn't want to come because Manchester was too far from London and his family were settled there; now he's ended up in the NE.
I'd like to see Ireland get in here but only once we've got a foot on the ball... I wonder if things continue on in this vein what we'll be doing for the second half?

Probably why we're so good at home and against the big teams. The smaller teams close us down and try to stop us when we're away.
Basically, the 'little' teams do to us, what we do to the bigger teams.
