Its not out of the realm of possibility that in 3-6 years he could be the best player in the world. Messi and Ronaldo will both be in their 30's by that point.

Balotelli had better stats than all of them at 20.

By the age of 20 Balo had played 116 games and scored 38 goals.

Besides I'm not saying Sterling won't end up being good. But he's not as good as has been made out over the last two years.
 
A previous post said it for me in that City did not make an initial offer of his final transfer fee it was set and stuck to by LFC.
City offered the realistic figure but LFC refused to budge so not a word about Liverpool's greed in the media just criticism of City for paying it.

If they really did not want to sell Raheem surely a much higher figure would have been quoted by LFC ?
