Probably posted already but I find it interesting that the swap of Raheem with James M. between City and LFC seems to suit both players.
Seems both felt that they were consistently played out of position so from a team performance point of view will we now see the best of both Raheem at City and JM at LFC ?
I am mindful that releasing Gareth Barry to Everton seemed to give him a new lease of life so perhaps James will shine at his new club rather than him be not up to the job in the PL ?

Got a bet on with a rag family member who claimed that we've 'only bought him because he's English and he'll never play'. He bet me £50 that he won't play 20 premier league games this season... Not start, just play. Easiest money I ever made (fingers crossed for no injuries). Kid looks immense.

Haha yeah, looking back I should. Just watching him desperately fish for digs to throw at City, because he is slowly realising that we are top dogs now is payment enough in my eyes though.You should've doubled that, your relative is clearly desperate to throw away his money!
This season, with Kun, Merlin, Sterling and (maybe?) De Bruyne in the side, could be like Pelle's first season again; remember all those goals? 4's, 5's and 6's were common.
Could be a bit "edge of the seat" at the other end though!
As soon as I heard about Sterling I thought the exact same. Lightning pace and an ability to score goals, as shown in a good run of pre-season games. Would love to set off like a freight train and score 20 in our first four games, who cares is we concede 15!
