Is this the man you trust?

The Milan-based daily "Il Giornale" has published a police report alleging Italian football champions Inter threw away matches at the end of last season in order to increase gambling odds.

Focusing on the last games of the season, when Inter unexpectedly lost a seven-point lead over second-placed Roma, the report alleges former coach Roberto Mancini "deliberately lost and drew games to help facilitate gambling bets."
We got rid of one bent crook in Thaksin and now it seems we have another. Give me an honest man like Hughes any day of the week.

Those arguments were not enough to prosecute him. What does that tell you?
Not a lot. Nothing has been proven against Redknapp or Allardyce yet everyone knows they are bent as anything.
Thaksin hadn't been prosecuted either when he took us over.

Who Says Mancini Is Here For The Long Run?

We know he's manager, but is it official he's on a 3-5 year contract?

Are we taking the Chelsea approach, could be till the end on the season then Jose in the summer.

Wouldn't rule it out.

We'll see you muppet. Sven's record looked fantastic on Wiki too.

Why are you righting him off already when you know NOTHING about the guy?

I'm not writing him off but neither do I think he is the new Messiah. I hope he succeeds. But then I hoped that every manager since Tony Book would succeed. Success on the continent is not a guarantee of success in this country and we have seen many examples of this in recent years.

I hope to be proven wrong but it does not feel to me at the moment that we are in a better place than we were this morning tbh. The end of the season would have been the time to do this.

But we shall see. I hope your confidence proves well-founded.

Can see where you are coming from but I still don't think Mourinho will touch us till we are on the verge of winning things.
