Last report I read said they can't cough up the agreed fee so he was on his way to Russia to talk to a couple of clubs there.

As for Toulalan, while AS reported and had a pic of him at Malaga finalising details apparently, so it should be in the next few days from that.

they still have City v Spurs May 10th up as a broken link on the tickets homepage...

they are notoriously slow at updating certain sections of the site, up until last week they still had Stoke up as a a home game to buy...
