Official U.A.E. v City Thread

Tried to get tickets for the Man City game yesterday (for a friend )from Etihad, not a sell out by a long way but they tell me that they were told to return all tickets for the game last Sunday and have never been issued with anymore, nor do they know where to get them from...............Sounds like another UAE cock up ........The mind boggles

I know people who got tickets from Ettihad and were not made to return it....

The game is a sell out. Completely. I know people who thought the game wouldn't be close to a sell out and left it late to get the tickets and are now stuck without them. You can still obviously get them, but for triple the price.

Although, they are only opening 25,000 seats for the game and the stadium has a 55,000 capacity. If it were fully open, I don't think it would be close. Am looking forward to see how they've done on the stadium, been a lot of work put in to bring it up to international standards in preparation for the club world cup.

I always do. Lately I've been in a bit of a rage after quite a few games, but that starts wearing off after a few hours and by the next matchday it's full-on optimism again.
