I've seen enough to know Brazil won't be winning this competition.

This is, without doubt, the worst Brazilian side I have ever seen.
The defence look like they have never met each other, the midfield look utterly devoid of ideas, and the attack is one man who should have been sent off.
The amount of speculative long ball drivel would have been ridiculed had it not been from this overrated and overhyped bunch of show ponies.
A soft penalty, and Croatia should have had an equaliser, and if they had a goalkeeper they would have earned at least a draw.
Frankly, I'm sick of hearing folk boring on about just how great Brazil are, as they have been mediocre for the past 20 years.
A good side would have taken Brazil to the cleaners tonight and I agree - they have no chance whatsoever of winning the competition based on this display.

Steady on. Take the penalty out of there and it was pretty even. The foul on the keeper was softish, but keepers get them 99/100 these days. Nothing like watching a City game in Europe

so Brazil have bought the world cup as expected, the only hope is that they are so average even a biased ref can't save them.

Only reason to appoint an Asian ref like that is to exert control over them to ensure the right result, he is nowhere near the level required, with the club experience necessary, to referee in a World Cup let alone that game.

Croatia otherwise look a decent outfit and I hope they still qualify.
