As less people feel the bias there's also a danger that they become uneducated or uncaring of the past horrors. Which obviously has the danger of them not being aware to how they could be part of something awful in the future.I guess that can only be because of a learned bias from your parents.

I've learned most of my bias from film I'd say...not from those I knew who were from that era. I'm so glad I've never had to personally endour cruelty...of war or anything else. Most of us are so so lucky.
