Kind of familiar looking isn't it.

In reality half those players played 48 hours ago so we couldn't play them again, and if we did play then we'd lose at Fulham. Fulham game is more important

We have also had injuries to Nasri, Richards and Aguero.

Last season we went out of Cup competitions because the squad had no depth. Now we are trying to use the new players but they are still settling in.

Well that side would be my strongest 11 if all available, For Fulham I'd go....

I wouldn't play Sinclair. I'd play Rodwell instead of Sinclair - if he's fit, or Nasri if he's fit.

Be good to get Micah and maicon back. They shouldn't be too far away now?

Not really true at all. United have constantly changed tactics AND formations.

10 years ago they still had RVN and were playing one at top in a 4-5-1. Then with the emergence of Ronaldo they began to switch to a 4-4-2, got rid of RVN. This 4-4-2 virtually became a 4-3-3. They were far less dependant on crosses at this point and were a fast counter attacking team. After they switched back to a 4-4-2 reminiscent of the 99 team, with orthodox wingers. Once again he is trying to change it to a short passing team with likes of Welbeck, Kagawa, Cleverly etc

Rjikaard is the one, who followed the Barcelona formation of 4-3-3. He pretty much built everything about the tactics of the great Barcelona team. Guardiola made them more fit, added the insane pressing and brought through youngsters. Last year he changed the formation to a 4-6 with Mess playing a false nine role. He also played several times with 3 at the back.

The 3-5-2 is due to the lack of quality you have through out the squad. It has not worked and Mancini is probably raging. Yesterday was an audition for the big matches coming up soon.

If I was manager I would pick the players I trusted for Saturday. People I know are guaranteed to realise the importance of the game. Though unless you were at the game there is no real way to judge who should start, since no streams

Whoever played better between Lescott and Nastasic should start
Whoever was best out of Milner/Sinclair/Kolarov should start.
Balotelli may be tired, but if he played well should start.

By most accounts he didn't address the players either at the end of 90 minutes nor at half time in extra time.

Pick a first 11 and stick with it, if a player whinges about not being chosen I would say graft your ass off and you will be chosen.
