People use this at work, more in my old department than current, I'm not fussed about it but never felt the need to join in.

Most people using it were just the sex they were born with (didn't see anyone who was trans) apart from a woman who used she/they.

No one ever demanded that you have to put your pronouns in your bio/signature.
