Split with my g/f when i was 21 after 4 years - i decided to call it off as i wanted to explore and didn't want to be tied down in a relationship.
I realised after a few years I'd made a mistake and we got back in touch with each other 8 years later. The spark was still there and we started the relationship again - it was like we'd never been apart. She told me shed'd had some bad relationships in the past 8 years and as our new relationship progressed she became more and more possessive and insecure - mainly due to her past partners cheated etc and she likely thought I'd do the same.
The relationship finished after 6 months and quite badly - clearly in the 8 years apart we'd taken different paths in life and were not the same people we were when we were younger.

That is a shame mate, cheers for the notice though.
Yeah her ex's have been cunts it seems but she has never really been one to hold a grudge etc. I hope we have a clean slate. This is how the chat is going anyway.
She seems to cut away from hassle and treat everyone as they come.
It is something i should maybe look for though eh. I will be gutted if i now suffer for others being twats.
I do not go out much as it is and if i do get with her it will be bluemoon meets and such only. I am quiet happy pottering around my garden really. Hopefully if she does worry about cheating this will help placate her.
I will go out of my way to make this work but not at a compromise. Fortunately we have been getting on perfectly, not one thing has held up the convo at all and we have talked about everything.
